and just as enjoyable as it will be to finally defeat you

watch the worms come up and eat you when i six feet deep you

for coming at me with an atrocious attitude

who are currently trapped in stasis

you’re as spiritually dead as i am physically alive and have the audacity to thank God

for your survival of another day

i took a day off to see if you’d off yourself

laugh as you overthink every problem

you can come up with and make it bigger

all while you hesitate to pull the trigger

having you fake worship in those pews

if you could only imagine

you surround yourself with sinfulness 

i wonder how your heart feels

when you speak life into others

while i loom over yours and keep you still

you’ve got no business in His presence

on your knees, you fall to bawl

not to shout “Hallelujah”

but wonder if He’s done with you once and for all

i had you in the best knots

remember? i guess not

those were some of the most intense fights you ever fought

i admired your endurance when you came back for more

a few close calls, i was sure you’d come

knocking at my door

you’d probably have a better chance casting your die betting on me

gave up your morals and integrity

just to get closer to me

“living your best life” and i’m the reason you’re dying slowly

i’ll turn your arrogance into embarrassment

shift your ignorance into lament, convert your hypocrisy into solitary

and switch your world view until it’s just me and you

remember me

i’m the one the tv uses to entertain

i’m the one that seems fun on video games

i’m the one that rappers like to talk about

i’m on the that does to them what comes out of their mouths

don’t play yourself and be surprised when i get the last say

because there’s meaning to the phrase “there’s going to be hell to pay”

don’t fool yourself thinking you’re promised the next day because last i checked, even Jesus did my way

i don’t care that He beat me

i’ve got millions more to choose from

i carried out my best schemes throughout the centuries

you’ll be lucky to be taken up when He comes

but from the looks of how you’re living
